Hiring a magician should be easy! Magical customer service

I have been extremely busy performing as a Cardiff magician at Cornerstone Church, at Holm House in Penarth and everywhere from North Devon to North Wales.  For the past month I have performed at least 3 times per week which has meant I have not given myself much time to #blog. 

 

In this blog I discuss some recent issues I have had when referring potential clients to other magicians because I am already booked as well as providing an outline of the customer service you can expect from me.

The process of booking me is extremely simple, quick and efficient.  It is best outline in three steps, which are below;-

 

1) Speak with me above your event/party/wedding. 

 

So you may be thinking of hiring a Cardiff wedding magician, party magician in Bridgend or a corporate magician in Newport. The first stage is simply contacting me, by phone, email or online form (click here) to discuss your event. Every event is different and I believe in tailoring my performances to suit my clients needs.  Once I have this information, I will be able to give you an accurate quote.

 

2) Book Online

 

I have an online booking form which takes care of everything. Simply enter your information about your selected date and the fee we have agreed. When you click submit it will ask for payment of a £50 deposit to secure the booking. You will AUTOMATICALLY get a copy of the booking form and receipt of payment. 

 

3) Performance

 

I will get in contact with you a few weeks before the date of your event to have a quick run through and adjust timings if necessary.  On the day of the event, I will be there early and can guarantee an exceptional performance.
